Our customer was dealing with a 75 Gallon natural gas tank water heater that had ceased to function properly due to a faulty Thermostal/Gas control. Considering the age and inefficiency of the 75 gallon tank, we advised a better, more cost-effective Tankless system. Upon the agreement of the customer, we installed a new NAVIEN model NPE 240 A 2 NG integrated with a built-in circulation system, effectively replacing the older recirculation pump with a dedicated return loop which was constantly running.
