Mark the plumber is fantastic! He helped me, without being a previous customer, to fix my problem myself over the phone! No charge!!! You can't ask for a more honest business. He won me over as a life long customer!!!

Yelp Review
Mark is great! Answered my call on a Sunday evening and was at my house the next morning. I had a blown gas water heater under my house that wasn't installed properly or safely and was located in a very tight space. Didn't take long to figure out my options! Had to be replaced with an electric water heater. Mark left to get a new one and safely installed it that morning! The work space was difficult to say the least! I highly recommend Mark! Good honest knowledgeable energy!

Very responsive, came on a Saturday, very knowledgeable and efficient in fixing our water heater. Had tried 3 local plumbers, 1 was busy for 2 more days, the other 2 did not work on this type of water heater. Very pleasant. Arrived on time, was very helpful in trying to fix the problem over the phone before agreeing to drive the 45 minutes. Highly recommend him.

Mark was very prompt. His free estimate was spot on. He is very knowledgeable and explained why he used the product he does. He was done in the time he said he would be ; and was the cleanest most tidy contractor I have ever used! I would not hesitate to hire him again or refer him to my friends.
